Lifeways is recruiting a Full time Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager at Castle Street, Rutherglen, near Glasgow. You will lead a team of care staff, ensure person-centred care, and help with recruitment, supervision and staff development.

Based in a 9-bedroom residential service, the role requires strong written and IT skills to maintain records and effective communication with staff, professionals and the people we support. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care leadership and supervising staff.
• Strong written and IT skills for record keeping.
• Ability to work with registered manager and care team.
