Job summary
Thales is seeking an experienced engineer to lead software-enabled communications and networking research at Reading in a hybrid role (minimum 3 days onsite). You'll guide prototype delivery, translate wireless concepts into scalable architectures, and mentor a small team.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in wireless communications and networking.
- Ability to translate concepts into practical architectures.
- Experience in innovation, research or advanced engineering environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of connectivity demonstrators and prototypes.
- Design and implement software-enabled communications systems.
- Mentor a small team of engineers and provide technical leadership.
