WSP is seeking a Principal/Associate Engineer in the UK to lead urban drainage projects, supervise tasks, review deliverables, and train junior staff. You will shape the development of our drainage modelling capability and provide technical input across wastewater projects.

You will manage local delivery teams, build strong client relationships, support proposals, and promote WSP at industry events while advancing your own Chartered status and professional growth within a dynamic, award-winning

Qualifications

• A relevant degree and chartered, or progress toward ICE/IEI/IoW/CIWEM.
• Experience with wastewater hydraulic modelling (InfoWorks ICM) and checking outputs.
• Familiarity with Water Industry Specifications and Hydraulic Modelling standards.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support team leads in project delivery and reviews.
• Develop urban drainage modelling capability and train junior staff.
• Assist in managing the local technical delivery team.
• Provide technical input on urban drainage projects and wastewater work.
