WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Principal/Associate Engineer to lead project delivery on water and wastewater initiatives. You will supervise tasks, review outputs, and develop urban drainage modelling capabilities while mentoring junior staff.

You will maintain strong client relationships, contribute to proposals, and support business development, with opportunities across the UK&I network and a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient solutions.

Qualificações

• Relevant degree and chartered or progress toward qualification with ICE, IEI, IoW or CIWEM.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise tasks and review deliverables to support project delivery.
• Develop urban drainage modelling capability and train junior staff.
• Support team leads in managing work of local technical delivery team.
• Provide technical input on urban drainage and wastewater projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate meetings.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.
• Share knowledge and promote the WSP brand at industry forums.
