Job summary

iForce Limited is hiring a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for its Bardon site in Leicestershire. The role is full time, overseeing shift operations, coaching staff, and ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely fulfillment in a busy logistics environment.

You will manage inbound, storage, picking and dispatch activities, monitor KPIs, and deputise for the Warehouse Manager when needed. A tangible opportunity to lead and develop a team within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise shifts, manage KPIs and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations across assigned shifts to meet productivity targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate warehouse colleagues and Team Leaders to maintain high performance.
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed and inventory accuracy is maintained across two sites.
