Job summary

ESPO is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to actively manage core and seasonal staff on shift at Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester. You will balance staff across Goods In, Replenishment, Picking and Goods Out to meet shift objectives and ensure smooth flow of products.

Previous supervisory experience in a large fast-moving distribution warehouse is essential. You will need ILM level 3 or equivalent, strong numeracy, proficient in WMS and Excel, and be a capable motivator of staff.

Qualifications

• NVQ 2 or equivalent - Able to achieve relevant accreditation for study in respect of first line supervisory skills (ILM level 3, or equivalent)
• Proven relevant practical experience in a large fast-moving Distribution Warehouse (5,000 SKUs)
• Good motivator of staff as first line manager to achieve targets
• Good verbal communication for liaising with colleagues and staff
• Numerate and Literate for reports and basic maths
• Competent keyboard skills for WMS and Excel
