Job summary

iForce Bardon, Leicestershire, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis. You will supervise operations, lead teams, and uphold high service and safety standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with 37.5 hours per week, start times 06:00 or 14:00, and you'll be responsible for stock control, KPI delivery, and Deputising for the Warehouse Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse operations and leading teams.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and operational targets.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations across shifts to meet targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse colleagues and Team Leaders.
• Maintain high standards of people compliance and manage disciplinary cases.
• Plan daily shift briefings and communicate priorities and safety messages.
• Monitor shift KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and safe working practices.
• Oversee stock control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy across two sites.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate labour resources to meet changing demands while maintaining efficiency.
• Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required.
