Hawksmoor in the UK is seeking a Head Waiter to lead on the floor, delivering confident, knowledgeable service while supporting and developing the waiting team.

This hands-on leadership role runs sections, coaches juniors and ensures every guest enjoys warm, seamless hospitality in line with Hawksmoor's standards and values.

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain exceptional guest experiences across busy services.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a waiter in a high-volume quality restaurant.
• Proven leadership of a section during busy services.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service on the floor, setting the standard for the team
• Lead sections confidently during busy services
• Support, coach and develop waiters and food runners
• Assist managers with guest experience and service recovery
• Maintain strong communication between floor, kitchen and bar
