Hawksmoor is seeking a Restaurant Manager to own and organise the front-of-house operation, leading a large, diverse team to deliver consistently brilliant hospitality. This senior role focuses on people development, running a busy restaurant to high standards, and driving impactful projects that deliver real results.

You will work closely with the General Manager and senior team, guiding performance, guest experience, and recruitment while upholding Hawksmoor values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service in high-volume, quality restaurants.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and coach front-of-house teams.
• Strong organisational and operational focus under pressure.
