Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead to drive the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and supporting equipment at Fareham. You will lead the Integration Team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires proven team leadership, a relevant electronics qualification (HNC/HND), and hands-on fibre optic testing experience. Offshore commissioning and cross-site collaboration may be involved.

Qualifications

Previous team leadership experience essential.
Ability to lead a fast-paced production area and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Integration Engineering on assembly, testing and commissioning of underwater robotics fleet.
Ensure team training to integrate assemblies and sub-assemblies as per customer specs.
Support testing of products and prove system functionality and auxiliaries.
Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
Lead fault finding and repair, report faults in the proper format.
Interpret designs and electrical drawings to assemble and test working assemblies and prototypes.
