Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead to manage the Integration Team in assembling and integrating remotely operated vehicles and their support equipment in Fareham. You will ensure projects are completed on time and in line with delivery schedules, while upholding high quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, electronics knowledge, and experience with fibre optic termination. Offshore commissioning and customer support may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Team Leadership experience is essential.
• Able to lead a fast paced production area with meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferably hold an HNC/HND in Electronics.
• Good knowledge of fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in assembling and testing remotely operated vehicles and related equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to required quality and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet delivery objectives.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
