Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead to head the Integration Team in Fareham, overseeing the assembly, integration and testing of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment in line with configuration documents.

You will ensure projects finish on time, maintain high quality, provide offshore commissioning and customer support as needed, and lead a small team with strong communication and production pace.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• A minimum HNC/HND qualification preferably in Electronics.
• Good knowledge in the use of fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.
• Ability to lead a fast paced production area and ensure deadlines are met.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and in-line with delivery schedules.
• Maintain high quality standards and effective communication with other departments.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
