Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead to manage the integration of remotely operated vehicles and related equipment in Fareham. You will oversee assembly, testing and commissioning activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Solid knowledge of electronics and testing methods.
• HNC/HND in Electronics or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in assembling and integrating remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Oversee assembly, testing and commissioning to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate fault finding, repairs and continual improvement actions within the team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and company documentation.
