Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead to guide the integration of remotely operated vehicles and associated equipment in line with configuration documents. You will drive on-time delivery while maintaining top quality and safety standards.

You will lead a fast-paced production area, coordinate with other departments, and oversee training to ensure team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• HNC/HND qualification in Electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in assembling and integrating remotely operated vehicles and equipment to meet configuration documents.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
• Drive fault finding, improve product quality, and support continual improvement processes.
