Job summary

Saab UK, Fareham, seeks an Integration Team Lead to head the Integration Team responsible for assembling and integrating remotely operated vehicles and their supporting equipment. You will ensure projects meet configuration documents, timelines and quality standards, while guiding testing and problem solving.

The role requires proven team leadership, strong communication, and an electronics background (HNC/HND).

Qualifications

• Must have proven team leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Minimum HNC/HND qualification in Electronics; fibre optic termination knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in assembling and integrating remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, to configuration documents and high quality standards.
• Provide guidance on testing, fault finding and continuous improvement within the team.
