Job summary

Saab UK, Fareham, is seeking an experienced Integration Team Lead to head the Integration Team for remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment. You will guide the assembly, integration and testing to meet configuration documents and delivery schedules, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The role requires proven team leadership in a fast-paced production environment, strong communication, and a background in electronics or related qualifications such as HNC/HND.

Qualifications

• Previous Team Leadership experience is essential.
• A minimum HNC/HND qualification preferably in Electronics.
• Good knowledge in the use of fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and their supporting equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed in time and in-line with delivery schedules while maintaining the highest quality.
