Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead for its Fareham site, leading the Integration Team in the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment in line with the configuration document.

You will ensure projects are completed on time, in line with delivery schedules, while maintaining the highest quality standards and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced production area and meet deadlines.
• Experience with fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.
