Job summary

Saab UK in Fareham is seeking an Integration Team Lead to helm the assembly, integration and testing of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.

You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure deadlines are met, and uphold the highest quality while coordinating with other departments and customers.

The role requires previous team leadership and knowledge of fibre optic termination and testing, with an electronics-focused qualification preferred.

• Good knowledge in fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and their supporting equipment in line with the configuration document.
• Ensure all projects are completed in time and in-line with delivery schedules while working to the highest quality.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required and collaborate with other departments to deliver objectives.
