Job summary

Saab UK seeks an Integration Team Lead in Fareham to head the assembly, testing and commissioning of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment in line with configuration documents.

You will manage a fast-paced production area, guide a skilled team, ensure deadlines are met, and provide offsite commissioning and customer support as required. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced production area and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• A minimum HNC/HND qualification preferably in Electronics.
• Good knowledge in the use of fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in assembly, testing and commissioning of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and in line with delivery schedules.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
• Lead fault finding and drive continual improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to 6S, health and safety, and company procedures.
