Job summary

A leading renewable energy firm is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to oversee planning and consenting activities for their diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects. Based in Central London, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the UK planning system and a strong knowledge of renewable energy policy. The role also involves managing consultants and engaging with stakeholders to ensure efficient project approvals. A Chartered Town Planner qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the UK planning system.
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning system and renewable energy policy.
• Experience managing consultants and multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full planning process from site selection through to consent.
