Job summary

You will work on a range of prestigious infrastructure projects in energy transition, rail, and water sectors, and contribute to planning applications and consent strategies.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness required.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely is essential.
• Sound knowledge of English planning policy and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in delivery of major development applications and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Assisting with project management and implementing quality and health and safety principles.
• Leading and managing planning applications, including liaison with local planning authorities and stakeholders.
• Carrying out planning research and analysis to support feasibility and consent strategies.
