Rosa’s Thai is seeking a confident Head Chef to lead our kitchen and own the standards of every dish and service. You will drive quality, mentoring the team and ensuring consistency across all menus.

You’ll manage stock, food safety, and training while partnering with the General Manager to run a thriving restaurant. Join a growing UK group that values authentic Thai cuisine and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a busy kitchen, preferably in Asian cuisine.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and plating quality.
• Thrives under pressure and maintains high service standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the kitchen team through peak service periods.
• Ensure every dish is prepared to spec with consistency and flavour.
• Train, coach and develop junior chefs and cooks.
• Maintain high standards in prep, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage stock, ordering and food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with General Manager to run a balanced restaurant.
