Job summary

Rosa's Thai is seeking a confident, hands-on Sous-Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen with energy and care. You will own the food, the team, and the standards, ensuring every dish, every service, and every detail reflects our Thai kitchen ethos.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with Asian cuisine, are confident using a wok, and can train junior chefs while maintaining pace and quality across prep and service.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and train junior chefs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Stay calm under pressure and drive service with pace and accuracy.
