Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team through busy, high-energy services.
• Deliver every dish to spec—consistent, fresh, and full of flavour.
• Train, coach and develop your team.
• Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness.
• Manage stock, ordering and food safety.
• Work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant.
• Take pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
