Rosa’s Thai is seeking a confident Sous‑Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring every dish meets our standards. You’ll take ownership of the food, team, and service, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen and maintaining consistency across all shifts.
