Rosa’s Thai is seeking a confident Sous‑Chef to support the Head Chef and own the standards of our kitchen. You’ll lead the team, oversee every service, and ensure every dish meets our flavour and quality expectations.

We value heat, pace and precision at the wok, with strong experience in Asian cuisine. You’ll mentor juniors, drive consistency, and help push the kitchen forward within a growing UK restaurant group.
