• Experience leading busy kitchen teams in Asia cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team through busy, high-energy services.
• Deliver every dish to spec-consistent, fresh, and full of flavour.
• Train, coach and develop your team.
• Maintain high standards across prep, service and cleanliness.
• Manage stock, ordering and food safety.
• Work with the General Manager to run a balanced restaurant.
• Take pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
