Rosa's Thai is seeking a confident Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring every dish meets our high standards. You’ll own the food, the team and the service, bringing energy and a passion for Thai flavours.

You will manage service with pace, train junior chefs, and maintain consistency across prep, service and cleanliness, helping to push the kitchen forward in a growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience cooking Asian cuisine with confidence using a wok.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for flavour and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Run service with pace, focus and control.
• Deliver every dish with consistency and care.
• Train and support junior chefs.
• Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness.
