Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a Lead Technical Safety Manager in London for a permanent role. You will shape the safety strategy, oversee QRA/ALARP tasks, and represent the firm with clients while guiding a growing team of engineers.

The position requires extensive oil & gas safety experience, advanced certifications in Functional Safety/HAZOP, and a strong UK regulatory background. This is a senior, on-site leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Safety, primarily within oil & gas.
• Recognised expertise in QRA, FERA, SECE identification, performance standards, and barrier development
• Strong understanding of the UK regulatory framework
• Engineering degree or Master's, ideally in Chemical Engineering
• Functional Safety and HAZOP Leader certification preferred
