Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Lead Technical Safety Manager in London to spearhead the growth and direction of the Technical Safety team and act as the senior technical representative with clients.

You will lead HAZID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA workshops and oversee QRA, FERA, EERA, and ALARP demonstrations while mentoring engineers as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Safety, primarily within oil & gas.
• Recognised expertise in QRA, FERA, SECE identification, performance standards, and barrier development.
• Strong understanding of the UK regulatory framework.
• Engineering degree or Master's, ideally in Chemical Engineering.
• Functional Safety and HAZOP Leader certification preferred.
