Applica is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to join our London-based project team on a long-term contract. You will take a leading role in managing and delivering HSE activities across the project lifecycle, coordinating with the operator, contractors and wider teams to embed HSE requirements in all activities.

The role requires extensive oil & gas/energy sector HSE experience, strong knowledge of legislation and risk management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in safety

• Extensive experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas/energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards and industry best practice.
• Strong understanding of risk management, HSE assurance and contractor management.

We are supporting a leading international energy operator on a flagship oil and gas project. The project is a major development with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence and delivering complex engineering activities to the highest industry standards.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced HSE Lead to join the project team in London.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the management and delivery of HSE activities throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the operator, contractors and wider project teams to ensure that HSE requirements are embedded across all project activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile, technically complex project and play a key role in maintaining and improving HSE performance.

Key Responsibilities
