Allianz UK is seeking a Technical Motor Pricing Manager to lead the team responsible for the development and maintenance of pricing models for our Direct Motor portfolio, combining data science with GLM approaches. You will oversee a team of 6 FTE, work with the central data team to ensure data quality, and drive regular model refreshes while exploring new techniques and features.

Competenze

Strong background in volume-lines technical pricing, including GBM and GLM methodologies.
Experience in UK motor insurance pricing advantageous.
Ability to manage and inspire a pricing team and oversee stakeholders.

Mansioni

Lead the technical pricing capability for Direct Motor pricing models.
Maintain, develop and monitor GBM/GLM models underpinning £1bn+ GWP.
Collaborate with central data team to ensure high data quality for modelling.
Drive regular model refreshes and R&D to improve processes and features.
Share knowledge across global pricing teams and with Group centre of pricing excellence.
