Lead Systems Integration Engineer — Defence Systems

What you will need

• British Citizen
• Experience in hardware / software integration and test activities
• Proven ability to manage or mentor a small team
• Familiarity with general lab test equipment and data analysis tools

Salary and rewards

£50-65k per year plus company bonus up to £2,500

What you will be doing

• Lead day-to-day functional integration and system verification for missile or munition equipment
• Plan and conduct integration and compatibility proving activities
• Collaborate with multiple project stakeholders to achieve design verification and evidence
• Support skills development and knowledge sharing within the team

Your experience

• Degree-qualified in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent
• Understanding of electronics technologies and integration methods
