Job summary

The role involves on-call shifts, travel within the division, and close collaboration with managers and local authorities to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management qualification or willingness to complete one.
• Experience managing multi-site teams and adults with disabilities.
• Ability to develop robust support plans and use diverse communication aids.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead teams to deliver person-centred support.
• Ensure robust support plans and effective communication for non-verbal service users.
• Support staff training and embedding of training.
• Maintain compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in on-call rota and travel within division.
