Job summary

Hesley Group seeks a Community Support Manager to lead and develop teams delivering Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities. You will oversee operations across a locality, ensuring safety, person-centred support, regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.

You will coach Assistant Community Support Managers, support teams to empower people to live independently, exercise choice and control, and achieve personal goals while building strong relationships with families,

Qualifications

Significant management or supervisory experience within adult social care services.
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Experience leading, developing and performance managing teams.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and person-centred planning.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop Assistant Community Support Managers and support teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Oversee quality assurance, safeguarding, health and safety, staffing, budgets and service performance.
Lead continuous improvement activities and build positive relationships with families, commissioners and health professionals.
Participate in on-call rota and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
