You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers and ensure top technical quality across asset management, renewals and new builds.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in civil or structural engineering with the ability to lead complex structural work.
• Strong structural analysis, design and practical problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading technical delivery and engineering quality.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to clients and teams.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities without compromising safety or quality.
