Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer for Bridges & Structures UK Wide.

You will lead structural analysis and design across highways, rail, aviation, energy and power projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and mentoring engineers while upholding high standards of technical quality. You will work with specialists across the UK and internationally to shape integrated solutions, applying digital tools, new technology and leaner ways of working.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in civil or structural engineering.
• Strong structural analysis and design capability.
• Experience leading technical delivery and taking responsibility for engineering quality.
• The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to clients, project teams and other disciplines.
• Experience supporting, mentoring or guiding engineers.
• The ability to manage competing technical and project priorities without compromising quality or safety.
• A relevant civil or structural engineering degree.
