Qualifications

• Substantial experience in civil or structural engineering and the ability to lead complex structural work.
• Strong structural analysis, design and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading technical delivery and owning engineering quality.
• Clear communication of complex technical information to clients and teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineers.
• Ability to manage competing technical and project priorities without compromising safety or quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design for highways, rail, aviation and related projects.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor engineers while maintaining high technical standards.
• Shape integrated solutions with UK and international colleagues using digital tools and lean processes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to improve delivery and value.
