Qualifications

• Substantial experience in civil or structural engineering and ability to lead complex structural work.
• Strong structural analysis, design and practical problem-solving ability.
• Experience leading technical delivery and ensuring engineering quality.
• Clear communication of complex technical information to clients and teams.
• Experience mentoring engineers and managing competing priorities safely.
