Job summary
Jacobs Solutions Inc. is expanding its Bridges & Structures team in the UK and is seeking a Senior Engineer to contribute to a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure projects.
You will assess existing assets, design innovative structures and guide engineers, while collaborating with teams across the UK and internationally. Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status or pathway toward chartership in the near future.
- Experience delivering structural engineering projects within infrastructure, transportation, energy, utilities or related sectors.
- Strong structural analysis, design and engineering problem-solving capability.
- Experience leading elements of project delivery, coordinating stakeholders and managing technical outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead elements of project delivery and coordinate stakeholders.
- Contribute to highways, rail, aviation, energy and power projects across the UK.
- Assess life extension for assets and design innovative new structures.
- Provide technical leadership and support to junior engineers.
