Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Cassio Lounge, part of our Casual Dining family. You’ll lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is proudly presented. If you love real cooking and care about your team, you’ll fit in.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen shifts and maintain high standards.
• Pride in using fresh ingredients and clean kitchen practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts from prep to final plate with precision.
• Support Head Chef and step up in their absence.
• Maintain high standards on the pass: quality, pace, hygiene, safety.
• Manage prep, stock, waste, orders, and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food.
