Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Sous Chef at the Old Bulls Head to lead a kitchen section and train a team, stepping up in the Head Chef's absence. The role offers on-site accommodation and the chance to grow with the brand's premium pubs.

You’ll work with a branded menu, manage ordering, prep, stock control and hygiene, while supporting your Head Chef and delivering food you can be proud of.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
