Mitchells & Butler's Bulls Head pub is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll drive a section, train the team, manage orders and stock, and ensure adherence to branded menus and health standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver quality food.
• Experience with food ordering, stock control and menu execution.
