Village Hotels is seeking a driven Sous Chef and Kitchen Team Leader to bridge the Head Chef's vision with a busy service. You will own your section, support the brigade, and ensure every plate meets our standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.

You will drive food safety, manage stock to par levels, and coach junior kitchen team members while protecting gross profit and fostering a culture of excellence across the kitchen.

Qualificações

• Operate as a hands-on Sous Chef, run your own section, manage portion sizes, assist teammates when tickets pile up.
• Drive an obsession with food safety and brand delivery, ensure temperature checks, HACCP/EHO compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Run your own section flawlessly while controlling the wider flow of work.
• Monitor portion sizes and jump in to assist other chefs when tickets pile up.
• Ensure deliveries are temperature-checked and dishes are cooked to spec with HACCP/EHO compliance.
• Manage stock to precise par levels, minimize wastage, and keep paperwork up to date for monthly stock take.
