Village Hotels is seeking a Head Chef & Kitchen Manager to own the kitchen, recruit and mentor a brigade, and drive the commercial strategy while protecting the bottom line.

You will lead from the front, set standards, manage stock to par levels, and ensure strict food safety compliance. This role focuses on delivering quality, consistent all-day dining experiences with a passion for great guest outcomes.

Responsibilities

• The Food: Delivering mouth-watering menus, cooked to company specs with precision and consistency.
• The Brigade: Coaching and motivating the team, driving recruitment, and improving performance.
• The Commercial Engine: Protecting Gross Profit by managing wages and stock to target par levels.
• The Standards: Ensuring food safety and compliance with EHO directives.
