Perfect Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a busy Bolton kitchen. You will work with a reliable team to maintain high standards of fresh, quality food during peak service and support the Head Chef in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef or senior kitchen experience.
• High-volume, fresh food kitchen background.
• Organised, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong team player with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality fresh food to consistently high standards.
• Lead, motivate and support the wider kitchen team.
• Ensure smooth service in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Manage stock rotation, storage and waste control.
• Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation.
• Ensure preparation, cleanliness and service standards are met.
