Job summary

Mint People is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a busy fresh food pub/restaurant in Clitheroe, Lancashire. The role requires leadership in a high-volume kitchen and a passion for classic British cuisine using seasonal ingredients.

You will support and deputise for the Head Chef, manage a dedicated kitchen team, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene, consistency and food quality. Generous tip share and clear progression opportunities on offer.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a well-established, high-volume pub/restaurant in Clitheroe. This is a busy site serving a traditional British menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
