Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Trevino Lounge, a local café bar within our growing Loungers family. You’ll support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team through each service, and ensure every plate leaving the pass reflects high standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a kitchen environment.
• Strong focus on food quality, hygiene and safety.
• Effective communication with Head Chef and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence through service.
• Support Head Chef and stand in during absence.
• Maintain high standards on the pass for quality, pace and cleanliness.
• Manage prep, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop junior team members to improve performance.
