Job summary

Everyman is seeking a Sous Chef at our Wokingham venue to help maintain the high standards our guests expect. You will work with the head chef and the kitchen team to ensure exceptional service and hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead by example, train team members, and step in for the head chef when needed, contributing to a culture built on people and great experiences. This role offers a pathway for growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, branded operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards.
• Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, doing everything you can to make sure our guests have the best possible experience whilst in our venue.
• Deputising for the Head Chef as and when required.
• Delivering training to the rest of the kitchen team joining our Everyman family
• Stocktaking.
