Job summary

Everyman Whiteleys is seeking a Sous Chef to join the management team and uphold the high standards that define the Everyman experience. You will support the Head Chef to deliver premium hospitality in a fast-paced environment and deputise when needed.

This role offers opportunities for leadership development, staff training, and involvement in delivering memorable guest experiences at a branded cinema venue in London.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication are required.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced branded operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring every item leaving the kitchen is of the highest standards.
• Support the Head Chef to ensure guests have the best possible experience.
• Deputise for the Head Chef when required.
• Deliver training to the kitchen team joining the Everyman family.
• Stocktaking and inventory control.

The Day‑to‑Day Script

As Sous Chef, you will perform an important role within the management team, with responsibilities including:

• Ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards.
• Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, doing everything you can to make sure our guests have the best possible experience whilst in our venue.
• Deputising for the Head Chef as and when required.
• Delivering training to the rest of the kitchen team joining our Everyman family
• Stocktaking.
